Housing Work

Our firm is able to deal with all aspects of housing issues and also associated areas of work including both contentious and non-contentious issues arising from the law of practice governing housing.

  • The provision of advice on all aspects of the environmental regulations governing the provision of housing

Our services will also include the necessary case management work involved in relation to disputes over the respective rights and obligations of tenants and landlords. We are able to call upon the services of expert witnesses who can be selected for particular disputes in order to assist in the preparation for cases brought before the Courts. Our work also includes all necessary preparatory work and the marshalling of the relevant evidence.
