• Attending and advising in respect of all aspects of disputes brought before the Magistrates' Courts including Licensing Appeals
• Advice and assistance in respect of all aspects of Local Authority Licensing including Public Entertainment Licenses, Hackney Carriage Licenses, Private Hire Licenses, Sex Establishment Licensing, Extension of Hours, etc..
• The provision of advice and legal services in respect of prosecutions brought before the Magistrates' Courts and on appeal before the Crown Courts
• The provision of general advice on the settlement of disputes including, where appropriate, the use of mediation services and arbitration
• Undertaking legal work and advice relating to contentious matters brought before various Tribunals and Inquiries including disputes brought before the Transport Tribunal, the Employment Tribunal and other tribunals

Our services will also include all the necessary case management work involved in handling disputes brought before the Courts. We can assist in the selection of expert witnesses and in the marshalling of the relevant evidence for submission to the Court or Tribunal. We also provide all the general support necessary in the handling of the paperwork relating to disputes brought before the Courts including also the assessment of the legal costs arising after the conclusion of a case.
