Mediation

Michael Andrew Jones is a Mediator who is able to carryout mediation work relating to civil disputes.  Mediation is now a preferred method of seeking to resolve disputes rather than the expensive process of going through litigation or event through the process of arbitration.  The process is not only inexpensive but also relatively quick and inexpensive.  Cases which are referred to mediation are often resolved to the satisfaction of both parties and produce a very high success rate.

It should be noted that in mediations about 73% of the cases are settled within one day and with nearly 20% being settled shortly thereafter.  This gives an aggregate settlement rate of 93%. Mediation enables both parties to still have some influence on the agenda and some control and influence on the outcome.
